(beautiful video by the lovely ro ville)
october, 2014.
a few weeks ago, both vix and roville came to buenos aires
and i had the wonderful, wonderful chance to meet up with them
we talked for hours at a coffee shop
and then went for a walk to the botanical garden.
we stopped and gaze with joy at the pretty flowers,
screamed like teenage fangirls when we discovered there was free wi-fi,
took too many photos of our feet, frolicked about, stalked a few kitties,
screamed again, quite loudly, when we found a tangerine tree
and laughed and laughed until we cried.
days like these stay with you forever ♥
for a few more photos, you can check roville's post

DeleteLovely. I just shot the same flowers from your first picture - I've been trying to figure out what they're called!
ReplyDeletei've taken many pictures of those flowers over the years, but it wasn't until very recently that i learned their name: autilon hybridum, also called flowering maple or chinese lantern, but i'm not sure about the latter as i always thought chinese lantern was physalis alkekengi
Deletenothing like a girls exploring afternoon kind of adventure :)
