autumn garden

“a garden to walk in and immensity to dream in--what more could he ask?
a few flowers at his feet and above him the stars.”
― victor hugo

april, 2014.
on a rainy autumn day,
i went to gram's for lunch.

after lunch we put on our scarves
and visited my favourite garden ever.
we gazed at the flowers, spotted a few tiny kittens
and frolicked about, taking pictures & talking endlessly.
when it started raining we headed to the cinema
and watched a lovely film called el sur

a calm, perfect autumn day

  1. that's one beautiful place to visit... I remember being there, on a cloudy and cold day and wanting to take lots of pics, especially to the orange tree!

it's an old colonial house which is now a museum of spanish art. it's a lovely museum, but i'd love to see how everything was before : )

  5. What a luscious shadr of green! I miss seeing that in my own photographs but we only get that very high in the mountains, on low level ground it's all kinda dull :) But fortunately I have your photographs to enjoy!

it's a shame how lovely green spaces slowly disappear from the cities. i get ever so happy when i see small weeds growing between the bricks and pavement. it makes me believe there's still hope :)
