for some unkown reason
i find myself taking more & more vertical pictures.

chocolate & nutella mug cake, for two
original recipe here
ingredients
♥ 4 tbsp self rising flour
♥ 3 tbsp cocoa powder
♥ 3 tbsp nutella
♥ 3 tbsp milk
♥ 1 tbsp sugar (i used vanilla sugar)
♥ 1tbsp oil (the original recipe calls for olive oil, but mine is sacred so i used canola instead)
♥ 1 egg
method
combine all the ingredients together in an big, big cup.
whisk together with a fork until combined and smooth.
if you have a microwave, microwave it for about a minute.
if you don't, like me, then bake for 15- 20 minutes in a regular oven.

let cool, sprinkle with some powder sugar & enjoy with someone you love.

ReplyDeleteI think you did great to not use olive oil, I mean, I wouldn't for the same reason as I don't use it to bake pancakes because I don't like the taste of it with chocolate. So simple as that. Or like some people make Tiramisu with let's say Philadelphia or cream cheese and then they insist it's exactly the same taste as with Mascarpone. Pfff! :))
I should try this recipe... looks easy :D (and... hmmm... what if I don't have self rising flour? do I mix ordinary flour with baking powder? will it work?)
